Shipping policy

Order Processing: 
All orders are typically shipped within 3 working days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Order Tracking:
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your parcel leaves our warehouse, it may take around 2 working days for the tracking information to be available.

Undeliverable areas:
1. The UK's overseas territories are not covered by post (e.g. British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, etc.).
2. United States: excluding remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, offshore addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam; APO/FPO military addresses.
3. No delivery service is available to islands attached to each country.

Address changes:
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service team at service@logeqi.com before you receive an email with a tracking number
If the order has not been dispatched, we can change your delivery address;
If an order has been dispatched we cannot change your delivery address.
Once an order has been completed and shipped we are unable to cancel the order.

Customs duties and taxes:
Logeqi is not responsible for any duties and taxes on your parcel.
Your order may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which will be levied once the shipment arrives in your particular country/region.
The amount depends on the country/region the order is shipped to, please contact your customs office for the exact amount and percentage breakdown.
